ROBERT J. KLEINHEKSELShareholder and Secretary, Board of Directors Retired After military service, Mr. Kleinheksel began his career in retail feed sales, followed by employment as Regional Sales Manager with Kraft Foods Agricultural Division, Dawes Laboratories, and then, Agrimerica, Inc. He later joined Far-Mor Flavor Company as National Sales Manager. When that company became Far-Mor Bio-Chem, Inc. Bob became its Vice President for International Sales and Business Development. After a few years, Bob and two partners, Charles Howe and Dean Jessup, created Agrarian Resource Corporation, which in joint venture with a Canadian firm became Agritech Bio Ingredients, Inc. During this time today's "Agrarian" products were developed and sales grew well. Later, the original partners re-purchased the assets of Agritech Bio and formed Agrarian Marketing Corp. Mr. Kleinheksel served as President of the company until his retirement from active day-to-day operations in 2003. He remains vested and is serving the company as Secretary of Board of Directors.
